Emily had a super busy Saturday this past weekend. At 11:30, she had a soccer game where she had to play the entire game again. As the season winds down, less and less of the team continues to show up for games and practices. The kids get so tired and Emily is very vocal about how exhausted she is by continuing to ask the coaches, if the game is over yet! Here she is finally wearing her shirt tucked in!
And here is Emily doing one of her many throw-ins. I love how every time there is a goal kick, throw-in or starting kick, the kids beg the coach to let them do it!
After the game, Emily, Grandma, Papa and I went to have lunch at McHale's. After lunch, Emily had to take a quick bath and get ready for not one but two birthday parties. First up was Josiah's party at Monkey Joe's. The kids had a great time and ran around non-stop.
We had to cut out of JoJo's party a few minutes early and head down to Rock Hill for Maggie's first birthday party where Emily ran around some more! Needless to say she was exhausted and fell asleep within 30 minutes of us getting back home. What a busy but fun day she (and I) had!
