Our week in five highlights!
1) MLK Day! Emily has really enjoyed learning all about Martin Luther King and has constantly been sharing all sorts of facts with me! It's amazing how much I never knew or had forgotten because I've learned some things too!
2) Report Cards - 2 A's and 2 B's again. She tried very hard for straight A's but came up just a little short. We are very proud of her marks and know how much studying accompanied these grades!
3) Cookies - Pre-sales are over and the order for 160 boxes has been submitted...little overachiever!
4) She had a little bit of a cold last weekend and into the beginning of this week but she didn't let it slow her down too much!
5) She and a little girl named Isabella (a third grader in the Flyers program with her) have become really good friends and it's kind of crazy hearing her talk about another little girl all of the time instead of the usual group of boys!
Bonus - She is obsessed with the Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies! I think she has watched all three at least three times this week!
