1) She and her soccer teammates had a great game this past weekend and she not only did an awesome job as goalie, she got to play offense and scored a goal.
2) She's been doing a great job with her extra reading and I'm very proud of her enthusiasm!
3) She's forever surprising me with sweet little notes and drawings just like this!
4) She and I had a lengthy conversation about how all of the new developments coming into our area are disrupting the ecosystem and causing the wildlife to lose their homes. Keep in mind, this conversation was completely initiated by her!! It's amazing the things a first grader knows these days.
5) She is certainly not lacking in confidence!
